The Food Trust strives to make healthy food available to all. Working with neighborhoods, schools, grocers, farmers and policymakers, the organization has developed a comprehensive approach that combines nutrition education and greater availability of affordable, healthy food. Volunteer opportunities include preparing for programs in the office, helping out at special events like Night Market, and participating in farmers’ markets. Internships are also available and require 30-40 hours of work per week.
